With so many options, it’s easy to become confused when deciding how to establish your name on the web. Depending on your comfort level, experimentation would be one way to go. You can do this anonymously, using a name you won’t use later, so that you can experiment and test without having anyone say, ‘Oh, I saw your site the other day. It’s atrocious!’ (Of course, if they talk like that, they probably won’t remain friends for long!)

There are many free sites which will host yours for you. I recommend trying some of these out to see which one(s) you find easiest to use and understand. I’ll go in more detail on some of these in the next post. Until then, this is
